Meet Embrace
My name is Danielle Lamb, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered. I hold an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Counseling from North Carolina State University. My career began as a school counselor, where I gained valuable experience supporting children and their families. That foundation continues to shape my relational, developmentally-informed approach today.
In private practice, I work with a wide range of clients, including children, teens, and adults. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly those navigating life with ADHD or Autism. Whether it’s helping a child build emotional regulation skills, guiding a teen through identity development, or working with an adult to untangle years of masking and internalized self-doubt, I strive to create a safe, validating space where clients feel understood and accepted for who they are.
I also have a strong passion for supporting women through the many transitions of adulthood—career shifts, motherhood, relationships, identity, and the often invisible mental load of caregiving. Many of my clients are parents working to find balance between showing up for others and reconnecting with themselves. Together, we explore self-worth, boundaries, and the realities of burnout, so they can move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
No matter the focus, my work is client-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy is most effective when it meets you exactly where you are, honors your lived experience, and evolves alongside your goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to grow, I’m here to walk with you through it.
