Children and Adolescent Therapy

Early childhood is a time of big feelings, rapid development, and growing independence. Our therapy services for preschoolers support emotional regulation, social skills, and early coping strategies through play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches.
We work closely with parents and caregivers to help children navigate challenges such as separation anxiety, tantrums, sleep issues, and transitions, building a strong foundation for healthy emotional growth.

As children grow, so do their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. For our older kids, we blend play-based approaches with age-appropriate CBT and psychoeducation to help them better understand their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping tools.
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, big emotions, or school stress, we create a supportive space where they can express themselves, learn skills, and feel empowered. Caregiver collaboration is an important part of the process, helping families grow together.

Adolescence is a time of big changes—socially, emotionally, and personally. Our work with preteens and teens supports them through life’s growing pressures, helping them navigate anxiety, identity, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional ups and downs. Using a blend of talk therapy, CBT, creative expression, and skill-building, we meet teens where they are and help them build insight, resilience, and healthy coping tools.
We also collaborate with caregivers to support communication and connection at home while respecting the teen’s need for independence and trust.
